KENTUCKY CLOSED Kentucky Health Care Cooperative Near the end of the 2014 open enrollment period, Kentucky Health Cooperative had garnered 75 percent of the exchange enrollments in papers Kentucky . In September 2016, state regulators in New Jersey placed Health Republic Insurance of New Jersey into rehabilitation, and dissertation proposal the CO-OP ceased selling new plans.
